shipping

  • Free shipping is applied to all US orders.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to arrive.
  • A USPS tracking number will be provided for all orders.
  • International shipping available with additional shipping fees. Please email customerservice@mimiandred.com for inquiries.
  • LOST PACKAGES: 
    • We ship via USPS which includes tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at customerservice@mimiandred.com and we will do everything we can to assist you. 
    • We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly
    • If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us at customerservice@mimiandred.com 

return policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any mimi & red hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked “sale” cannot be returned.
  • Hair accessories, hats, and jewelry cannot be returned.
  • If you are in the San Diego area you can exchange your item for store credit at either mimi & red location.

  • To return or get a refund request a return shipping label via email: customerservice@mimiandred.com
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All orders that selected for "in store pickup" must be returned to the store in person and will be given a credit that never expires.
