  • Free shipping is applied to all US orders over $75 .
  • Free Pick up at our Pacific Beach location.
  • Please allow 5-14 business days for orders to arrive.
  • A USPS tracking number will be provided for all orders.
  • International shipping available with additional shipping fees. Please email for inquiries.
    • We ship via USPS which includes tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at and we will do everything we can to assist you. 
    • We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly

return policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any mimi & red hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked “sale” cannot be returned.
  • Hair accessories, hats, and jewelry cannot be returned.
  • If you are in the San Diego area you can exchange your item for store credit at the mimi & red location.
