- Free shipping is applied to all US orders over $75 .
- Free Pick up at our Pacific Beach location.
- Please allow 5-14 business days for orders to arrive.
- A USPS tracking number will be provided for all orders.
- International shipping available with additional shipping fees. Please email customerservice@mimiandred.com for inquiries.
- LOST PACKAGES:
- We ship via USPS which includes tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at customerservice@mimiandred.com and we will do everything we can to assist you.
- We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly
- If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us at customerservice@mimiandred.com
return policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any mimi & red hangtags, attached.
- Any merchandise marked “sale” cannot be returned.
- Hair accessories, hats, and jewelry cannot be returned.
- If you are in the San Diego area you can exchange your item for store credit at either mimi & red location.

- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All orders that select "in store pickup" must be returned to the store in person and will be given a credit that never expires.
